Choral EvensongSunday, January 4, 2026 Usually on the first Sunday of each month, priest and choir offer the Service of Evening Prayer set to music. There is no Eucharist at this service and only a brief meditation (rather than a full sermon). Those who attend are simply invited to a time of prayer and peace. Choral Evensong combines the two older offices of Vespers and Compline. A work of art, as well as a service of prayer, it offers a reprieve from the noise and haste of day-to-day life and can be enjoyed by anyone who loves music and poetic language. Congregants may join in the singing of the hymns if they so desire. All are welcome to attend. |

Parking Changes at the Cathedral
Due to some staffing changes at the Synod Office and Cathedral, we are asking Cathedral volunteers to not park in the parking stalls behind the Cathedral on Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm as all the back stalls are now reserved for Synod Office and Cathedral staff during those hours. Those volunteering at the Cathedral for Manna Market and the Community Breakfast program are asked to park on the street or in the Impark lot and may submit their parking receipts for reimbursement. Exception: Volunteers may park in the Dean’s stall on Fridays if it is available. |
|
Winter Outreach
As part of our breakfast ministry, we offer winter clothing to those who need it. We are looking for donations of gloves, mitts, neck warmers, long underwear, and long-sleeve t-shirts. We also accept monetary donations for winter clothing purchases. We currently have a healthy supply of jackets and socks. |

Sunday Morning Parking Permits
Annual Sunday morning parking permits (valid on Sunday mornings until 2:00pm) for the Impark lot South of the building are available at the cost of $60.00 for the first year and $55 per subsequent year. Each pass is tied to a particular vehicle and is non-transferable. If you would like to buy a pass, please fill out the Parking Pass Request Form (found in the Narthex) and return to the church office with payment. NOTE: Renewals do not happen until the end of April. If you have an existing pass, the Office will touch base in early April regarding renewals. |
